RFG SA (former Huta Częstochowa S.A.) is a join-stock company exclusively owned by the State Tresury (100% of shares).
RFG S.A. offer consists of around 65 hectares of investment areas, including unbuilt real estates, developed properties as well as turist establishments located in the region of śląsk, pomorskie and zachodniopomorskie.
According to the study of conditions and directions of the spatial development, the abovementioned areas are designated mainly for service, industrial, turist, sports and recreational purposes.
As a part of the investor’s service RFG S.A. offers a comprehensive advisory service, raging from preparation of investment offer and support in administrative processes, to analysis of the possibilities of acquiring EU Funds for the completion of planned business venture or legal consulting.
At present Regional Economic Fund JSC is holding shares in the following companies:
- Lot Catering limited liability company (100% shares),
- Independent Healthcare Centre – Medical Centre „ Amicus ” limited liability company (100 % shares),
- Production, Trade and Service Company „ DELITE ” limited liability company (92.3 % of shares).
